Thelema Rhine Riesling 2009
Made in a German style, with a fragrant, spicy nose. This wine is slightly sweeter than normal with a lower alcohol (11.89%). Perfectly balanced with loads of potential to age further in the bottle.
Maturation
Although good now, this wine will keep developing character for 5 more years.
Food Pairing
An excellent aperitif. Also with salads, chicken and mildly spicy dishes.
